TERMS OF USE: POLJOY PROTOCOL Last Updated: March 17, 2026 1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS By connecting your wallet to PolJoy (the "Platform"), you ("the User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must immediately disconnect your wallet and cease use of the Platform. 2. THE SERVICE PolJoy is a decentralized, non-custodial interface on the Polygon blockchain that allows users to interact with smart contracts for mining and staking. • Non-Custodial: PolJoy does not hold, store, or manage user private keys or funds. • Self-Custody: You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet and private keys. 3. LEGAL AGE AND COMPLIANCE The User represents and warrants that they have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction. The User acknowledges their sole responsibility for maintaining compliance with all applicable regional restrictions and legal eligibility standards. 4. ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF RISK (MINING & STAKING) By using PolJoy, you acknowledge and accept the following risks: • Volatility: Virtual assets (POL, USDT, POLJOY) are subject to extreme price volatility. • Smart Contract Risk: While the protocol is tested, blockchain software can contain bugs or vulnerabilities. • No Guarantees: Mining "rewards" are a function of protocol logic and are not guaranteed "profits" or "financial returns." • Irreversibility: All transactions on the Polygon network are final and cannot be reversed by PolJoy. 5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the maximum extent permitted by law, PolJoy, its owners, developers, and affiliates shall NOT be liable for any damages or financial losses, including but not limited to: • Loss of funds due to user error (wrong addresses, lost keys). • Losses caused by third-party hacks or network failures. • Market-driven depreciation of assets. • Regulatory actions taken by any government authority. 6.
